Is that measurement with or without the vacuume line disconnected?

What he means is, is everything hooked up or did you get this reading with the vac. line disconnected? If that is the reading you have with everything hooked up it is kinda low.

Just realized something, do you have a JRSC or is this your N/A reading? N/A this is about right, but for us this is really low. It is about 5psi off from the lowest reading we can get with just the JR FPR.

hey guys sorry about the poor info.
i have a civic ex jrsc
the pressure is at 60 psi
with the vacuum disconnected
is this correct?

That is a really good place (60 psi) to start... there is some room for tuning. I would check to see if the car smokes black at WOT. If so, begin turning the Static pressure (now 60 psi) down two degrees at a time. Listen carefully for any detonation or knock... it is always safer to be too rich than too LEAN !!!
If your car has the std. blower pulley, I would try 56 psi and see how the car runs. If this is truly better, you will notice by crisper throttle response and slightly better power on the top side.
